Flowflex Copper Press Fittings offer the ideal, cost-effective jointing solution for domestic, commercial & industrial applications.

Our complete range of M-Profile Copper Press can be installed using a speedy heat-free jointing technique which creates an aesthetic, secure and permanent joint.

Copper Press Fittings are available in sizes from 15mm to 76mm follow 'M' Profile and are compatible with all 'M' Profile tooling.

Approvals

Flowflex operates a quality management system audited by the British Standards Institute for the manufacture and supply of fittings and components for use in all applications of the HVAC industry.

Tube Compatibility

All installers should ensure that the size of the fitting matches the size of the pipe, whilst also ensuring both are in good condition and free from damage and imperfections.

Flowflex fittings are designed to connect to BS EN 1057 tube.

After all plumbing work has been completed, always ensure continuity checks are conducted by a qualified electrician in accordance with regulations (BS 7671: 20001).

Working Conditions

All working conditions assume that the components have been assembled and connected correctly, and adhere to their respective tube compatiblity
When planning to use our products in applications outside the scope of our recommendations, approval from us should be obtained beforehand. Please contact us in these cases.

Electrical Continuity

Equipotential Bonding forms an important part of an installation, which ensures that all metalwork may be earthed or at least has the same potential to reduce the risk of equipment damage and personal injury. Isolated fittings or valves are not required to be bonded.

After all plumbing work has been completed, always ensure continuity checks are conducted by a qualified electrician in accordance with your applicable regulations.
