Burst pipes, leaks or pinhole leaks can be an expensive problem and the time spend fixing it expensive also, for the plumber and the homeowner.

How Do They Come About?

Leaks can be caused by a few things;

  • Frost

  • Flux Induced Pitting

  • Poor plumbing installation/design

  • Nails or screws coming through walls or floorboards

How Do I Fix It?

Traditionally, you could do two things:

  • Cut the pipe out, replace the old section with some new pipe and connect with two couplers

  • Use a Compression Repair Coupling

  • Use the Click Fix

The Click Fix is our pre-soldered copper repair patch, made for 15mm and 22mm Copper Pipe. It's simple to install; 'click on' and heat. There is no pipe cutting required, saving you loads of time, but also making it particularly ideal when repairing a copper pipe in an awkward place.

How Do I Use The Click Fix?

  • Damaged BS EN 1057 Copper Tube

Installation Steps

Check Click Fix And Tube

Ensure that the damage has not gone all the way through the copper pipe. Check that all the solder is present in the Click Fix.

Apply Flux

Apply Flux around the damaged area where the Click Fix will be applied.

Simply add some flux to the Click Fix and click the repair patch onto the pipe so that the whole is covered.

Apply Heat

Apply heat like you would for normal Solder Ring fittings until a seal has been made, the repair is completed in minutes.
