The 150 is an innovative shower wall plate. It is designed for attaching 15mm copper or plastic pipe work from any angle or orientation to the rigid fixings of any exposed bar mixer valve with 150mm pipe centres. The 150 is a flexible shower wall plate which is manufactured in strong plastic which provides strength and support to ensure a secure fix. Ideal for use in domestic and commercial applications where you need to install a shower mixer or wall mounted bath taps.

The 150 sits flush to the wall and is suitable to be attached to stud walls, plaster board as well as brick work.

Installation

Ensure you have one hot and one cold feed of 15mm pipe work. Ensure that the feeds are the correct way round for the shower valve or taps that you are using.

The 150 is an innovative shower wall plate designed so that 15mm pipe work can be clicked into place providing strength and support to ensure a secure fix.

Fix the 150

Fix the 150

Connect the 150 to the wall using screws and screwdriver. The 150 is an innovative, flexible wall plate which has 9 fixing holes that can be used to provide strength and support to ensure a secure fix.

Pipe work is now in the correct position at 150mm ready for second fix and shower valve or wall mounted bath taps.

Testing

We recommend that all systems are throughly tested upon completion. Whenever possible, completed systems should also be flushed to remove debris.

Hydraulic Installations

In hydraulic based installations, the system may be tested to 1.5 times the working pressure of the system. If higher test pressures are required, then please contact us for further advice.
